• Industry/ Organization Type: Retail Sale of Meat and Meat Product
• Position Title: Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (9 am – 6 pm) / Sat (9 am – 1 pm)
• Salary: Basic + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales Director & Sales Team to deliver a seamless and pleasant experience to our customers
• Sell our products and/or services to local, B2C & overseas clients
• Ensure proper documentation and packaging for overseas shipment
• Handle customer feedback & complaints
• Maintain records of all sales leads, activity, order history and pricing
• Submit monthly forecasting report to the purchaser
• Generate sales report for submission to management
• Perform sales coordination and handle orders by phone, email, SMS or mail
• Input orders into the company’s system, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and all orders are accurate and delivered on time
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Proficiency in the Japanese language and writing and a good understanding of Japanese culture is preferred
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Able to solve problems proactively
• Competent with computers
• Comfortable handling pork and beef meat from Japan
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to confidently initiate conversations
