- Industry/ Organization Type: Sports Products Wholesale
- Position Title: Sales Operation Executive
- Working Location: Geylang
- Working Hours: 5.5 days per week — Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am to 1:00pm (with one Saturday off per month)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all import and export shipping documents
- Track shipment status and work with other departments
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and agents for shipments and daily transport
- Prepare shipping documents as needed
- Provide general administrative support
- Carry out other related tasks as assigned
