• Position Title: Interior Designer
• Working Location: Sims Avenue
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $4,000
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, style, and budget.
• Create and share design ideas using mood boards and sketches.
• Make detailed space plans and visualizations in 2D and 3D.
• Estimate project costs and manage spending.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to carry out designs.
• Keep up with new trends, materials, and eco-friendly practices.
• Make sure all designs follow safety and building rules.
• Track project timelines and make sure projects finish on time.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience working as an Interior Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Strong creative skills and the ability to visualize design ideas.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• High attention to detail and able to work within budget limits.
