  • Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9.00 am – 6.00 pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to $6000
  • Duration: Permanent Role 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal assistant to Chairman.
  • Assist the Chairman by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
  • Maintain Chairman’s schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel, and reporting deadlines.
  • Secretarial Minutes Taking.
  • Overseeing general office operations.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment.
  • Preparation for payroll including - salary, income tax & Commission for staff (less than 20 staff).
  • In charge of HR matters (inclusive of recruitment, leave management and attendance).
  • Other ad hoc duties which may be assigned.

  • Degree in Business Administration or related specialization.
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior management.
