  • Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8 am – 5 pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to $2500 + Variable Bonus + $90 (Transport Allowance)
  • Duration: Permanent Role


Key Responsibilities

  • Check & verify overtime.
  • Prepare overtime/allowance data to be imported into the payroll system.
  • Check & update staff's annual leaves, medical leaves, etc., and that they have been applied accordingly in our leave system.
  • Prepare punch cards.
  • Check medical claims before submitting them for approval of reimbursement.
  • Record dental and medical claims of each employee for future reference.
  • Prepare overtime records, and compute total working hours of all workers by cost Centre for accounts closing every month.
  • Stationery orders for all departments.
  • Issuing uniforms during workers' onboarding and collecting back uniforms when they resign.
  • Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.



  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
