- Position Title: Admin Assistant/ Business Assistant
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM
- Salary Package: Up to $2,100 + AWS + Mobile Allowance
- Duration: 1-year contract (Renewable/ Convertible to perm)
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily procurement activities.
- Ensure all necessary documents are prepared appropriately and in place for each transaction.
- Process incoming materials, paperwork and NAV inputs.
- Verify and process invoices issued by vendors.
- Propose to Business Officer work procedure improvement where necessary.
- Performs any other task, including representing the Business department for internal activities and supporting other departments in regard to order processing and logistics arrangement, as instructed by Business Manager.
