- Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Customer Service Executive
- Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre (Transportation Provided)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri; 9.00am - 6.00PM)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Service Department and report to the Team Manager
- Manage bookings for both air and sea shipments
- Coordinate with air and sea carriers to arrange shipments
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing updates and handling enquiries
- Handle documentation for sea shipments, including preparing bookings and bills of lading
- Ensure accuracy in all records and paperwork

- Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent.
- Experience or knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage
- Able to work independently and show motivation in daily tasks
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed
