  • Industry/ Organization Type: Retail (medical-related international brand)
  • Position Title: Assistant Retail Manager /Business Operations Partner
  • Working Location: Plaza Singapura
  • Working Hours: 4 days (11 am to 9 pm)
  • Salary Package: Gross up to $5000 (Basic $3000 + Commission) + 10% shares of the company annually
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the daily operations of the business
  • Learning all aspects of the business through extensive training and coaching
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Participating in the growth and development of the business
  • Serving Customers and processing sales transactions
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Undertake ad-hoc function and related duties when required
