  • Industry/Organization Type: Wholesale and Retail Trade
  • Position Title: Accounts & Admin Assistant (Part-time/3-days)
  • Working Location: Nearest MRT – Bendemeer/Kallang
  • Working Hours: 3 days (Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 6.30 pm – Depending on candidate’s preference)
  • Salary Package: Up to $12/hour
  • Duration: Permanent Part-time

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately record stock inventory details through data entry into the management system.
  • Regularly verify that all inventory records are up-to-date and precise.
  • Perform systematic data entry for accounting purposes.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and assist in the processing of financial transactions.
  • Conduct thorough checks to ensure accuracy of all financial data.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
