  • Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon-Fri (8 am-5.30 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary (Up to¥30K) + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture major international client accounts, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen through comprehensive reporting and impactful presentations.
  • Establish and maintain productive professional relationships with key commodity personnel on potential and current assigned customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with factory teams in supporting, servicing and managing resources to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, covering volume and profit margin goals.
  • Proactively assessing, clarifying and validating customer’s needs on an ongoing basis.



  • Minimum Degree holder in any discipline.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in a senior sales role.
  • Proven ability to develop strong client relationships.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector, specifically with component parts for the 3Cs Industry is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable with silicone rubber, plastic injection and/ or metal precision components for non-functional parts.
  • Excellent business relationships with major consumer companies’ commodity decision-makers is highly desirable.
  • Exhibit leadership skills, high motivation for challenges, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to network with key leaders and decision-makers in targeted companies.
