  • Position Title: Data Entry Specialist
  • Working Location: Tampines (Transport Provided)
  • Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary
  • Duration: 1-year contract

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage material codes in the SAP system accurately.
  • Verify and update necessary information in the system as required.
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve any unclear information or discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with general administrative tasks.
  • Generates reports and extracting data as needed for different business needs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support the team and business operations.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
