  • Working Location: Tuas
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + VB
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate and timely generation and issuance of customer invoices.
  • Monitor accounts receivable ageing and follow up on overdue accounts, communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances.
  • Process incoming payments in line with established financial policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of the accounts receivable ledger to maintain accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes, ensuring prompt and fair outcomes.
  • Monitor and prepare cash flow analysis.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the accounts receivable function.
  • Handle department administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent qualification
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and account software, such as MS Business Central, Accpac, etc.)
