  • Position Title: HR Assistant / HR Executive
  • Working Location: Woodlands
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 6.15 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + AWS + Variable bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support across all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including interviews.
  • Handle work pass applications and renewals.
  • Prepare various HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and related correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize employee P-Files (both physical and digital copies).
  • Assist with the annual performance appraisal process.
  • Manage leave and attendance records for employees.
  • Handle the registration and renewal of Coretrade, Multi-Skill, CSOC, and other training courses.
  • Administer benefits and welfare programs.
  • Coordinate with the payroll vendor on salary matters.
  • Help review and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Process claim reimbursements.
  • Assist with additional tasks, including dormitory management and enterprise asset management, as directed by Management.

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Experience with Times Software is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of labour law and statutory requirements.
