- Position Title: Operations Admin / Operation Coordinator
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 7.30 am - 5.15 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,600 + OT + AWS + Variable bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Help manage the daily administration tasks for the department.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations.
- Handle order processing tasks, including data entry and updating records in the system.
- Assist with planning and scheduling measurement and installation works according to customer requirements and standard procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the deployment of trucks and drivers.
- Help with vehicle scheduling.
- Prepare drawings with or without using CAD software.
- Coordinate with different departments and subcontractors to ensure orders are fulfilled and that documentation and billing are done correctly.
- Prepare and review all necessary documents, including costing, before passing them to other departments for processing.
- Verify subcontractor billings.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and scanning.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

- 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with numbers and technical drawings.
