  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Chemical
  • Position Title: Accounts Assistant
  • Working Location: Tuas
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30AM – 5.30PM
  • Salary Package: Up to $2,650 + Transport Allowance + Contract Completion Bonus
  • Duration: 4 months contract (From December 2024 to March 2025)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry for Purchase Invoices (PO) and Credit Notes in the ERP system
  • Record receipts, process payments via internet banking, and update the Cash Book promptly
  • Maintain and review vendor remittance details, and input into the system as needed.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts upon receipt of statements
  • Conduct bank reconciliation once a month
  • Input staff reimbursements into the ERP system weekly
  • Generate and reconcile GST Input & Output Tax reports once a month
  • Compile and prepare Budget Tracking for all departments once a month
