  • Position Title: Food Technologist (R&D)
  • Working Location: Clementi
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 8AM – 5PM, Sat 8AM – 12PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and test new food products, recipes, and formulations.
  • Innovate and enhance existing products to meet consumer preferences and market trends.
  • Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with safety standards
  • Conduct research on food ingredients, processing methods, and preservation techniques
  • Ensure all products and processes comply with local and international food safety regulations, including HACCP, FDA, and other relevant standards
  • Work with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
  • Has 1 year of experience in food product development or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of food science principles and food processing techniques
