  • Working Location: Tai Seng
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
  • Salary Package: Basic + AWS + 1 to 3 months VB
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers, resellers, and partners to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide first-level technical support for Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates via phone and email.
  • Coordinate and escalate complex technical issues to the team and/or partners when necessary.
  • Document issues encountered and their resolutions for tracking purposes and future reference.
  • Conduct basic SSL technical support training for the Sales Support Team.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Minimum NITEC in IT/ Computer Science or its related discipline, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Strong SSL product and technical background is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
