  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing of Industrial Switches
  • Position Title: Sales Support Specialist/Sales Coordinator
  • Working Location: Commonwealth (Will relocate to Bradell in June)
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $2,600 + AWS
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process and verify all customer orders and purchase orders.
  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries via email and phone, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Design custom switch drawings and special mounting units as per customer requirements.
  • Maintain and update order tracking in the central database for seamless operations.
  • Coordinate with factory and counterparts on urgent delivery requests and product specifications.
  • Provide support to sales engineers and collaborate with Workshop/Store and Accounts departments.
  • Assist in designing and preparing marketing materials as needed.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Experience in Customer Service advantageous.
  • Candidates with a NITEC certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a relevant field is a plus.
