• Industry/ Organization Type: Distribution (Audio Visual)
• Position Title: IT Support Officer
• Working Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-house IT support and maintenance.
• Manage and maintain WAN/LAN network links and equipment.
• Administer servers and handle firewall systems.
• Diagnose and resolve software and system issues on desktops.
• Diagnose hardware issues and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Install software and handle desktop hardware setup/removal.
• Support outdoor/onsite IT-related projects.
• Update firmware for interactive panels and network devices.
• Set up and configure IPs for network devices.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for products.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Diploma or degree in a related discipline.
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with audio visual equipment and systems is an advantage.
• On-the-job training provided.
