- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Electronics)
- Position Title: Process Engineer
- Working Location: Pioneer (Nearby MRT station)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 7.30AM - 5PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee production scheduling
- Evaluate and establish process parameters
- Identify and eliminate sources of failure and to perfect functionality of products
- Define process problems that lead to throughput or quality issues, evaluate cause of problem, implement solutions to stabilize processes, increase production output, reduce production cycle and enhance cost improvement
- Investigate and implement solutions on process or material related problems
- Develop and maintain proper job methods, work instructions, drawings, bill of material etc. for products
- Execute productivity programmes such as process automation, tooling and fixture fabrication or improvement etc.
- Conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance
- Ensure manufacturing objectives are met and initiate continuous improvement activities on product quality, yields and technologies

- Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- Has minimum 2 years of related working experience
- Prior electroplating experience is an added advantage
- Excellent technical skills with AutoCAD is preferable
