Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assign tasks to room attendants, ensuring room cleanliness standards are met.
- Train housekeeping employees, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding lost and found items and maintenance issues.
- Schedule and organize staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct daily checks on guest room cleanliness.
- Conduct daily briefings for the housekeeping department to maintain communication and standards.

- Relevant experience in a similar position within the hotel industry or serviced apartments.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Availability to work on weekdays and public holidays.
