  • Working Hours: 6 days (10AM-7PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT Pay + Meal & Transport Allowance + AWS
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve customers at the counter and handle foreign currency exchanges accurately
  • Provide clear information on exchange rates, charges, and transaction details
  • Perform daily cash reconciliation and maintain proper transaction records
  • Follow Anti-Money Laundering procedures and ensure secure, compliant operations
  • Support general counter duties and assist with rate updates and inquiries

  • Prior experience in cashiering, customer service, or money exchange is preferred
  • Good numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with high integrity and responsibility
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, or rotating shifts as required
