- Position Title: Project Manager (Electrical)
- Working Location: Ubi
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 8.30AM – 6.15PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $9,000 + Transport Allowance + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
- Define project scope and objectives, manage changes, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Ensure that all electrical installations and systems meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to procure necessary materials and services.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure projects meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, and records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of electrical engineering experience
- Prior experience in the construction industry is considered an advantage
- Experience in project management is a plus
