  • Industry/ Organization Type: Agriculture
  • Position Title: Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QAQC)
  • Working Location: Lim Chu Kang (Transport pick-up at Kranji Mrt)
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-6pm, alternate Sat: 8.30am-12pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic $3,000 – $4,500 + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update production, training, and safety documents
  • Keep records of goods received and request Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from suppliers
  • Work with the QA/QC team to follow food safety and regulatory standards (e.g., FSSC, ISO, SFA)
  • Arrange and record retention samples, including collecting samples, organizing storage, sending to external labs, and submitting results to QA
  • Help ensure all products can be traced
  • Support efficient production with minimal waste
  • Assist with monthly pest control activities
  • Carry out daily checks on raw materials, production processes, deliveries, and ensure compliance with regulations, including HALAL
  • Assist in food safety audits, customer audits, and FSSC/ISO audits
  • Handle any other duties given by management

  • Diploma in Applied Science (Nutrition, Food Science) or related field
  • Basic food hygiene certification is an advantage
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in food manufacturing
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Candidates available on short notice are preferred
  • Lunch provided
  • Location at Lim Chu Kang, with transport from Kranji MRT
