  • Position Title: Business Change Manager (Data BA)
  • Working Location: Central
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $11,000
  • Duration: 1-year Contract (Extendable)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and timely completion of Risk Treatment Plans (RTP)
  • Help implement data standards in daily operations
  • Maintain control frameworks to comply with data standards and regulations
  • Work with the Central Data Office and Data Shield Programme to support risk reduction and standards implementation
  • Understand current data, processes, and systems for relevant business units
  • Assist in meeting key milestones for data risk objectives
  • Perform data discovery and complete required documentation (e.g., data templates, data flowcharts)
  • Conduct gap analysis between current practices and data standard requirements
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals with stakeholders (e.g., process owners, risk teams)
  • Carry out business impact assessments for new tools and processes
  • Design and implement business solutions to meet data standard requirements
  • Support change management activities, including creating training materials and operational guides
  • Communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders across different regions
  • Build strong working relationships within the programme and with business partners
  • Work with team members to ensure timely and quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with product owners and risk teams to address data risks and report major issues
  • Support the set-up and maintenance of relevant governance forums
  • Lead project teams to capture requirements, design solutions, test, and implement changes
  • Propose and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs/KPMs)
  • Help set up processes for early risk identification and resolution
  • Support the design and implementation of business impact assessments and new tools
  • Analyze options and feasibility for implementing standards throughout project stages
  • Validate that solutions meet operational and business needs after deployment
  • Maintain and resolve any issues post-implementation
  • Gain a strong understanding of data conduct standards to support the privacy and record-keeping agenda
  • Help simplify and put into practice group and country data standards

  • 5 years of experience in financial institutions or consulting
  • Knowledge of banking processes preferred
  • Experience mapping business processes to regulatory requirements
  • Experience designing solutions to meet compliance needs
  • Agile Scrum experience is a plus
  • Understanding of privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPC, PDPO) is an advantage
  • Experience working with business, compliance, and technology teams
  • High attention to detail and ability to focus on solution design
