- Position Title: Fund Operations Manager
- Working Location: River Valley (near MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Annual Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with fund administrators on financial reporting, capital account statements, tax submissions, regulatory compliance, documentation, certifications, and calculation of NAV/IRR.
- Compile and deliver ad-hoc information regarding investors and investment entities.
- Assist with fundraising activities and investor onboarding procedures.
- Prepare and disseminate quarterly updates and correspondence to investors.
- Communicate with the Monetary Authority of Singapore on regulatory compliance matters.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- With at least 3-5 years’ experience in investment banking operations, private equity/ venture capital fund management.
- Background with third-party fund administrators specializing in investor compliance and fund administration is highly preferred.
- CFA designation is an added advantage
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
