  • Industry/ Organization Type: Aluminium Door & Window Supplier
  • Position Title: Project Coordinator
  • Working Location: Tampines
  • Working Hours: 5 Days per week (10.30am – 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project timelines and deliverables for aluminium doors and windows installations.
  • Liaise with interior designers, architects, and contractors to clarify requirements and provide material recommendations.
  • Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients to close deals.
  • Conduct product presentations and site meetings with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Serve as a key contact point for customers, providing excellent service and timely updates throughout the project.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation to ensure smooth workflow from order to completion.
  • Participate in training to build technical knowledge.

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
  • Outspoken, and confident communicator who enjoys client-facing roles.
  • Basic technical knowledge of doors and windows is an advantage; training will be provided.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
