- Position Title: Project Admin Coordinator
- Working Location: Boon Keng
- Working Hours: Morning, Afternoon shifts (Mon-Fri: 7.30am-4.30pm, 11.30am-7.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic $2,800 – $3,500 per month
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of projects across functions or clients.
- Maintain and track project schedules, actions plans and resource allocation.
- Organise and attend meetings; document meeting of meetings and follow up on action items.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation as required by stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Maintain project documentation, including permits, compliance checklist and change requests.
- Manage and update project trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company HSSE / QMS Standards and project governance

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, and experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
