  • Working Location: Bendemeer
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.00pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customer accounts, including customer relationships, forecasting to the factory, inventory management, and meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the factory and Japan headquarters on shipment schedules, sample requests, and R&D activities.
  • Support sales activities with existing and new customers to create new business opportunities.
  • Assist the Finance Department with accounts receivable collection from customers.
  • Be willing to travel in the region to support customers or follow up on sales leads.
  • Help the Sales Manager with preparing sales reports.
  • Be open to traveling overseas, especially to India and Indonesia, to explore new business opportunities.

  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Able to work independently and has strong interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably has B2B sales experience in manufacturing, especially with experience in supporting customer design projects.
  • Familiar with trading terms and conditions, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google productivity tools.
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical products is an added advantage.
  • Experience with Salesforce or SAP is an advantage.
  • Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.
