  • Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowance + AWS + VB
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and manage documentation, including handling and tracking Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices to support departmental operations.
  • Oversee external vendors during scheduled maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Provide support for the upkeep of CCTV, public address (PA) systems, and IT infrastructure.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors on contracts and procurements for the Admin Department.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring the administration budget, as well as issuing monthly administrative reports.
  • Support the Head of Department in regulatory matters, including license applications and audits.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.

  • Minimum Diploma holder.
  • At least 3 years of Administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 standards is an added advantage.
