  • Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
  • Position Title: Sales Executive (Freight Forwarding)
  • Working Location: Central
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and meet new customers to identify potential trade routes and offer company freight services
  • Conduct daily in-person sales presentations for both domestic and international freight services
  • Find and qualify new customers through research, networking, and cold-calling
  • Provide on-site demonstrations or presentations of the company’s freight services
  • Serve as the link between the company and customers to update on freight pricing and new trade routes
  • Prepare and provide quotations to customers promptly
  • Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively
  • Keep customer contact details and records updated accurately on the company drive
  • Prepare sales pipeline reports and maintain accurate expense accounts through weekly reports
  • Consistently follow up on new business opportunities
  • Work with the operations and documentation team to ensure cargo safety and correct billing for customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding matters with support from the Finance Controller

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or other related fields
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
