  • Position Title: Admin cum Accounts Assistant
  • Working Location: Bukit Batok
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8.30AM – 5.30PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic $2,300 - $2,500
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and expense claims
  • Manage petty cash and staff reimbursements
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with bank reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Support shipping documentation
  • Reconcile accounts with local and overseas subsidiaries
  • Use Xero accounting software
  • Answer calls and route enquiries
  • Handle office administration
  • Maintain office filing systems
  • Provide general administrative support to staff
  • Assist with travel arrangements
  • Draft and prepare letters and emails

  • Secondary school/ITE or equivalent; accounting-related studies are a plus
  • Experience in accounting and administrative support roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Xero
  • Experience with other accounting software is a plus
  • Familiar with office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.)
