- Position Title: Business Development/ Sales Manager (Telecommunications / Renewable Energy)
- Working Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + PB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and grow the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding and addressing client needs.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets, track market shifts, and stay informed on competitor activities and new product developments.
- Drive the full sales process from planning to closing deals.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Representative with a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the Telecommunications or Renewable Energy industry preferred.
- Strong business acumen with industry knowledge and expertise.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor, coach, and manage sales teams.
- Committed to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and industry events.
