  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer for Semi-Con Industry
  • Position Title: Store Admin
  • Working Location: Loyang
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8am-5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic $1800 - $2,400 + OT + VB
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for store and warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, and colleagues.
  • Conduct stock checks (spare parts) for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Liaise with admin staff and colleagues on orders, deliveries, feedback, and related matters.
  • Prepare accurate documents such as Delivery Orders and Goods Return Notes.
  • Assist with stock count exercises as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

  • Secondary education (N/O Level) or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience in warehouse administration is preferred.
