- Position Title: Senior Technician/ Associate Equipment Engineer
- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Hours: 12-hours rotating shift
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Shift Allowances + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and carry out repairs on semiconductor production equipment.
- Design and execute both preventive and corrective maintenance programs to reduce machine downtime.
- Oversee maintenance initiatives and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless implementation.
- Assess and propose new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency and process performance.
- Guide and support junior team members in building their technical skills.
- Contribute to the formulation, evaluation, and enhancement of maintenance protocols and best practices.
- Work closely with external equipment providers to troubleshoot issues and strengthen system reliability.

- Diploma or Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of technical experience in Semiconductor industry
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and fix complex equipment issues.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment on a 12-hour rotating schedule.
- Willing to commit to overtime when necessary to meet production demands.
