Key Responsibilities

  • Support client engagements from initial discussions through proposal development and contract award, including participation in client meetings.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial value propositions focused on energy efficiency, zero-capex structures, and performance-based models.
  • Prepare and organize proposals, presentations, concept notes, and commercial documentation.
  • Coordinate client follow-ups, action items, and ongoing communications to ensure momentum.
  • Track and maintain clear visibility of active opportunities.
  • Assist with market research, prospect identification, and business development pipeline development.
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and workshops across regional business development activities across Southeast Asia.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, technical teams, and external partners to align commercial and technical inputs
  • Support commercial and operational tracking, including fees, milestones, invoicing assistance, and documentation management
  • Support CEO in the preparation for key meetings and negotiations.
  • Assist with light-touch marketing efforts, including external communications, LinkedIn content, consistent brand messaging and brand presentation.

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a commercial, advisory, business development, consulting, or project-facing role.
  • Exposure to property, facilities management, engineering, energy, infrastructure, or real estate is highly preferred.
  • Experience in engaging senior stakeholders is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of value creation, pricing logic, and client motivation.
  • Clear, structured communicator with strong organisational skills and a high level of reliability.
  • Able to operate in ambiguity, manage changing priorities, and take proactive ownership of work.
  • Ambitious, professional, and credible, with a growth-oriented mindset and willingness to go beyond a narrowly defined role.
