  • Position Title: Customer Service Officer/ Sales Support
  • Working Location: Loyang
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (9 AM – 6 PM) Sat (9 AM – 1 PM) (alternate Saturday upon confirmation)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle rate enquiries from customers and agents with timely, accurate quotes and options.
  • Liaise with carriers/co-loaders to secure competitive rates, handle RFQs, and support business targets.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Monitor market trends and support pricing proposals/strategies for clients.
  • Support key accounts through regular communication, pricing follow-ups, and report preparation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
