  • Working Location: Tanjong Pagar (near MRT station)
  • Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 6.00pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus
  • Duration: Contract (2 Years)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with portfolio managers to gather business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements (and translate technical constraints/solutions back into business terms).
  • Design, test, and deliver front office investment processes, tools, and systems in collaboration with internal IT, risk, and finance teams, as well as external vendors and service providers.
  • Create detailed test plans for system/process/product enhancements and actively support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Produce and maintain user guides and process/system documentation for front office investment workflows.
  • Coordinate across multiple MAS departments to execute the target front office workflow roadmap, including feature development and upgrades.
  • Ensure front office processes comply with internal standards for data integrity, security, and audit readiness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot front office workflows to ensure stability and performance; liaise with internal IT and external providers to resolve production issues.
  • Lead vendor/service provider implementations, including procurement and related administrative matters.
  • Drive change management to support adoption of new products and systems, including workflow/process redesign where required.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned.

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT related field
  • At least 4 years relevant working experience, including business analysis/product management of system used in similar functions, in asset management domain
  • Good understanding of user-centric principles and/or service design
  • Experience working in cross-functional groups, representing views of different stakeholders and influencing teams towards achieving shared goal
  • Experience in developing test plan and managing testing for project implementation /
  • enhancements
  • Experience in developing and maintaining user guide and system documentations
  • Experience in managing project scheduling and timelines for prompt completion of work tasks
  • Knowledge and/or experience in risk management and/or trade processing domain / system,
  • including but not limited to Murex, SimCorp Dimension, Blackrock Aladdin, Charles River, etc.
