- Position Title: Applied Sales Engineer
- Working Location: Boon Lay
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,200 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and recommend airside products to building owners, consultants, and contractors
- Focus on growing airside sales and increasing market share
- Develop long-term relationships with customers
- Build strong working relationships with customers, especially key accounts
- Increase business with existing accounts and support customer retention
- Identify sales opportunities and work with existing and new customers to propose suitable solutions
- Update sales forecasts on time in the system
- Handle negotiations, address customer concerns, and close sales. Position Trane as a preferred supplier
- Carry out other duties as assigned from time to time

- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in engineering sales
- Experience in the HVAC industry is an advantage
- Customer-focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
