  • Working Location: Central
  • Working Hours: 5-day work week on a rotating roster, including weekends, from Monday to Sunday, 11:00am to 7:00pm
  • Salary Package: Basic + Commission + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Deliver a seamless, elevated client journey from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
  • Lead clienteling strategies for customers, prospects, and returning clients.
  • Grow and manage a High Jewellery client portfolio through personalised relationship building.
  • Analyse sales results, client data, and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Oversee daily boutique operations including inventory, after-sales service, visual merchandising, and rostering.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM and alignment with Marketing and HQ teams.
  • Manage stock levels, replenishment, and operational reporting.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of luxury sales professionals.
  • Partner with Marketing to deliver exclusive client events and experiences.
  • Represent the brand at key client appointments, jewellery presentations, and activations.
  • Build strong local market relationships through networking and brand presence
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

  • 5–7 years’ experience in luxury retail, ideally within fine or high jewellery, including a minimum of 3 years in a boutique leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strong knowledge of boutique operations, inventory control, and handling high-value merchandise.
  • Background in gemmology, jewellery design, or horology is an advantage; formal gemmological certification preferred.
