  • Industry/ Organization Type: Precious Metal Recovery and Recycling Industry
  • Position Title: Laboratory Technician
  • Working Location: Tuas (Company transportation provided)
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Retention Bonus + Incentive + Transport Allowance + OT Pay+ AWS
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare final samples in the sampling room.
  • Conduct lab tests and write reports.
  • Help chemists with technical development projects.
  • Manage the inventory of lab facilities and equipment.
  • Track and report the status of lab supplies.
  • Calibrate and maintain lab equipment as scheduled or directed.
  • Keep the lab clean and well-organized.
  • Follow standard procedures and documentation systems.
  • Update and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Minimum ITE or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology, Material Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with precious metals or base metals is a plus.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
