  • Position Title: General Admin / Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Thursday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM; Friday 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Receive, record, and coordinate incoming and outgoing goods and collections
  • Perform document binding, photocopying, filing, and general record management
  • Monitor stationery inventory and place orders when required
  • Prepare and arrange courier documents and shipments
  • Assist with basic hospitality duties, including serving drinks to visitors and maintaining pantry cleanliness
  • Support general administrative tasks as assigned
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience
  • Basic proficiency in office administrative tasks and document handling
  • Able to communicate clearly and work well with internal teams and visitors
  • Organized, responsible, and able to manage routine administrative duties independently
