  • Industry/ Organization Type: Computer Consultancy and Computer Facilities
  • Position Title: Business Analyst (Health Programme Analytics)
  • Working Location: Outram Park (near MRT station)
  • Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus
  • Duration: 2 years contract (renewable)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse user engagement patterns and behaviour changes such as Activity Goals and Health & Wellness Challenges, using data from digital platforms and wearable devices.
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness using statistical techniques such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, difference-in-difference analysis, and clustering to assess lifestyle and health outcomes.
  • Conduct sub-group analysis to identify target and under-served segments by integrating data from multiple sources, including relevant cross-agency datasets.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear and practical recommendations for programme design, communication strategies, and policy planning.
  • Develop data visualisations and presentations to communicate insights effectively to internal stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving participant engagement, retention, and programme reach through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate closely with internal data, business, and technical teams to align analytics work with organisational objectives.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or a related quantitative field, or relevant professional certifications with applicable working experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics or data analysis roles.
  • Strong foundation in statistical analysis and data interpretation, including experience with regression, hypothesis testing, and clustering methods.
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis, with experience using tools such as Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations aligned with business or programme objectives and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in health, fitness, behavioural analytics, or digital health platforms is an advantage.
