  • Position Title: Civil Engineer / Project Engineer
  • Working Location: Ubi
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Medical Benefits + AWS + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and coordinating new and existing construction projects to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor manpower deployment, project progress, and timelines to support timely completion.
  • Attend project meetings and liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
  • Prepare and update project schedules, budgets, and cash flow reports for management review.
  • Track weekly progress and support monthly reporting on project costs and performance.
  • Identify resource requirements (manpower, equipment, and materials) based on project needs.
  • Maintain proper project documentation and schedules across all phases.
  • Support risk monitoring and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain good communication with clients to support project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned

  • Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction project management or site coordination.
  • Good understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling principles.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
