  • Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client enquiries via phone and email in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Prepare and process sales-related documentation, including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Team, including reviewing visuals, floor plans, and preparing installation reports.
  • Coordinate order processing activities and liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation arrangements.
  • Support additional assignments and ad-hoc tasks as required to facilitate smooth business operations.

  • Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Level qualification.
  • 1–2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience preferred.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
