  • Position Title: E&M Site Engineer
  • Working Location: Islandwide (Office located near City Hall MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days, (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM – 1 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable bonus + Allowances
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily site activities for E&M works.
  • Coordinate SWC casting works, including pipe sleeves, lifting hooks and beams, ABS cable pipes, cable pits, and installation of light and camera poles.
  • Oversee E&M works for underground stations and tunnels, including earth mat systems, plumbing and sanitary installation, and testing.
  • Supervise excavation for underground water and hydrant pipes, coordinate with contractors on M&E and precast sanitary works and arrange required inspections.
  • Coordinate lifting hook and beam installations according to approved drawings.
  • Review construction drawings (CCSM/SEM) for accuracy before work starts.
  • Conduct pre-casting inspections with relevant parties.
  • Coordinate E&M works with civil site engineers.
  • Procure and manage materials, ensuring proper usage and storage.
  • Prepare materials in advance for upcoming casting works.
  • Coordinate SWC first-stage concrete embed pipes, including tunnel and cross-passage works.
  • Monitor SWC service bracket installations within tunnels and station track areas.
  • Support the Construction Manager in ensuring SWC interface requirements and inspection attendance are properly implemented.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in foundation projects.
  • Experience in tunnelling projects will be an advantage.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
