Position Title: Assistant Purchaser
Working Location: Central (near City Hall MRT)
Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Contract Completion Bonus
Duration: 1-Year Contract (Renewable)
Responsibilities
Support the procurement of construction materials, including supplier sourcing and obtaining competitive quotations.
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate material requests for site operations.
Identify potential suppliers and assist in price negotiations to secure cost-effective purchases.
Prepare and monitor purchase orders and delivery orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Generate and process monthly invoices.
Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
At least 1 year of purchasing experience within the construction sector.
Willing and able to travel islandwide when required.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve optimal price and quality outcomes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
