Position Title: Engineer/ Senior Engineer
Working Location: Islandwide (Office located near City Hall MRT)
Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon – Fri (9am – 5pm), Sat (9am – 1pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage coastal and marine construction operations, including ground improvement, seabund installation, and land reclamation activities.
Organise, coordinate, and track marine equipment and logistics such as barges, pontoons, cranes, workboats, and sea-based material deliveries.
Compile and submit daily or weekly progress updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders, outlining achievements, issues, delays, and corrective actions.
Lead site mobilisation and marine setup works, including temporary access routes, work platforms, staging zones, silt curtains, and turbidity control systems.
Carry out or oversee marine surveys and site investigations, including bathymetric surveys, seabed inspections, soil testing, and instrumentation monitoring.
Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, QA/QC requirements, environmental standards, and applicable marine regulations.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, marine personnel, and specialist vendors to ensure work sequencing, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
Prepare and review technical submissions such as method statements, risk assessments, lifting plans, and marine coordination documentation for approval.
Liaise with consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal departments regarding permits, inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications.
Promote and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and environmental compliance, including monitoring tidal conditions, weather factors, and marine operational constraints.
Work with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely mobilisation of marine equipment, materials, and site consumables.
Provide engineering support and assist with planning or ad-hoc technical tasks to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in marine, coastal, reclamation, waterfront, or nearshore civil construction projects.
Strong organisational, planning, and documentation capabilities.
Good knowledge of marine safety practices, environmental controls, and relevant statutory regulations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and subcontractors.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment and manage tight project timelines.
Experience with marine equipment operations and logistics coordination will be an advantage.
