  • Position Title: Admin & Accounts Executive
  • Working Location: Paya Lebar (near MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update financial reports, including monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.
  • Perform monthly closing activities, including bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Consolidate financial documents such as bank statements and related supporting records.
  • Generate quarterly billings, statements of accounts, and prepare GST submissions.
  • Manage daily finance operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc finance or operational duties as assigned.

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel.
  • Accounting systems knowledge is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
