  • Position Title: Project Manager (Building Completion & Finishing)
  • Working Location: Loyang
  • Working Hours: 6 days (Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities for efficient workflow and timely completion.
  • Attend site meetings, conduct site walks, and monitor progress.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management for transparency.
  • Develop Method Statements, Safe Work Procedures, and project execution plans.
  • Manage project planning, scheduling, and cost control for resource optimization.
  • Maintain organized documentation of site activities and project milestones.
  • Inspect quality of work to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Independently resolve site challenges using technical knowledge.
  • Take initiative to drive site activities and meet project demands.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the building completion and finishing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and safety compliance.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and technical expertise in the field.
